MAIN QC PROCEDURE：

1. Design control

2. Steel Hardness Inspection

3. Electrodes Inspection

4. Steel Dimension Inspection

5. Pre-Assembly Inspection

6. Test Report and Samples Inspection

7. Pre-Shipment Inspection

8. Mould Package Inspection
 

After FOT, the actual test data can be revised to the tolerance,95% of the molds can pass the test on T2.
